Lisa Airasca is a senior yachting executive with more than two decades of experience across yacht charter, sales, marketing, and events.
As Head of Charter Management Europe at Fraser, Lisa oversees a global fleet of more than 50 superyachts, ranging from 25 to 100 meters, and leads one of the industry’s most experienced charter management teams. Working closely with yacht Owners and their representatives, she defines each vessel’s charter potential and long-term commercial strategy, combining first-hand market insight with tailored representation and a deep understanding of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
After graduating with highest honours in Marketing and Communication in Italy, Lisa began her career in the luxury sector, gaining experience with prestigious brands and institutions before moving into yachting. She went on to build her expertise at two well-established boutique brokerages in Monaco, where her work across client relations, charter, sales, and management gave her a comprehensive understanding of the business from both the Owner’s and client’s perspectives. During this time, she had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most iconic yachts, including the legendary 99-meter (325-foot) CHRISTINA O and 108-meter (354-foot) Benetti IJE.
Known for her responsiveness and well-timed sense of humour, Lisa brings precision and practical judgement to a field that rarely stands still.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
