Seneca began her professional career in Venezuela, where she worked as PA to the Managing Director and translator for China National Petroleum Corporation, providing bilingual executive support to an international team.
After relocating to Mallorca, she continued her career in executive assistance, holding positions within the aviation and tourism sectors before joining a yacht consultancy in 2010. During her 13 years with the company, Seneca worked as PA to the Director as well as supporting the administration and day-to-day management of the business, gaining extensive experience within the yachting industry.
Seneca joined Fraser in 2023 and is based in the Palma de Mallorca office, where she combines office management with administrative and sales support, assisting the team with the daily coordination of the office and its activities.
Seneca holds a degree in Philosophy from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas and also trained in simultaneous translation. A native speaker of Spanish and English, she has more than 20 years of experience in executive support, administration and office coordination in international environments.
Outside of work, Seneca enjoys Pilates and meditation and has a particular interest in genealogy, the arts and creative pursuits.
